Weight Loss Approved – Strawberry Banana Muffins Recipe

Step #1:

Take a muffin tin and put a muffin wrapper in each spot.

Then take out a bowl and combine half a cup of unsweetened apple sauce, three quarters of a cup of brown sugar, two eggs, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, three mashed bananas and a quarter cup of oil.

Step #2:

In the same bowl, add in one tablespoon of cinnamon, one teaspoon of baking soda and two cups of whole wheat flour.

Stir all together well.

Then, toss in one cup of frozen sliced strawberries and blend all together.

Step #3:

Fill each muffin wrapper with the mixture until full. Place the tin in the oven for about twenty minutes at three hundred and seventy five degrees.
